The Vintage Japanese Motorcycle Club of Australia was formed 37 years ago by a handful of enthusiasts to promote the restoration of Japanese motorcycles more than 15 years old and marques no longer in production.
Each year members of the VJMC travel interstate and gather in a different city in Australia for the clubs National Rally and to proudly display their collection of classic Japanese motorcycles.
This year the event comes to the regional country city of Toowoomba and these magnificent machines will be on display for motorcycle enthusiasts and the public to view and admire at the University of Southern Queensland car park and open to visitors from 9am to 12pm. Admission to the Show and Shine viewing is free.
On display at the Show and Shine will be beautifully restored classics and some machines in well used original condition, some dating back to the 1950's, from the marques of Honda, Bridgestone, Kawasaki, Lilac, Meguro, Suzuki and Yamaha.
Visitors can enjoy the mornings viewing under cover. Food and coffee vans will be in attendance.
