The Jondaryan Woolshed isn’t just a place to stay – it’s a place to explore and soak up 160 years of history.
Located just 40 kilometres west of Toowoomba and east of Dalby, the Woolshed offers caravan, camping and cabin accommodation. Enjoy a self-guided tour through the historical buildings and shearing shed, then sit down for a delicious and affordable meal at their Woolshed Cafe (open weekends) or Damper Hut (open weekdays).
The Woolshed hosts a variety of events throughout the year including family movie nights, long-weekend festivals, school holiday activity programs, a New Year's Eve Bush Dance and more. Admission is affordable and offers a great day for the whole family. Visitors residing locally need only make a gold coin donation.
If you choose to stay at the Woolshed, enjoy easy access to the Bunya Mountains and the townships of Dalby, Toowoomba and Oakey. Their pet friendly camping grounds is equipped with fantastic facilities including amenities block, dump point, coin-operated laundromat, bush kitchen with barbecue, open fire pit and refrigeration. Open daily, admission to the museum grounds is included in your accommodation fees.
