Overhead fans are in all the bedrooms and living rooms with air-conditioning in the kitchen/living/dining room space, main bedroom and second living space. There is a long driveway and street parking is also absolutely fine. Port a cot and a high chair available and the laundry sink is china - a great baby bath.
