My Local Market - Plainland

Located next to the Porter’s Plainland Hotel on the Warrego Highway, while also being so close to the picturesque countryside we are blessed to enjoy. While you’re there have a drive around the beautiful Lockyer Valley region.

With Ipswich and Somerset regions so close they are lucky to enjoy local farm-fresh produce at the market along with talented artists and creators for a range of local and handmade products that give us a truly unique country feel.

There is free face painting for the kids. My Local Market offer giant lawn games for the whole family to play, or watch the kids while sipping a coffee and chatting with the locals at the community-run breakfast stall, plus so much more.

Stall holders are local people and small businesses coming together to support each other and the community. Held on the 3rd Sunday of each month – 7:00am – 12:00pm.
