Heritage Estate’s “Gourmet Lunch, Nips&Nosh Food-Wine-Vine Experience” is a unique dining experience. International Chef Sharah-Bree, prepares 5 dishes like fresh Blue Swimmer Crab on Squid Ink Pasta, a Kangaroo Tail Beef and Reef dish, whilst 10, five-star wines are paired perfectly. You receive a talk from our Sommelier, and our Chef, as to why these flavours work well together.
