Located at Charlton Toowoomba, Jims Jerky was established in 2004 by Jim and Cathie, with a rural cattle breeding background who wanted to show what could be done with beef in a snack form full of protein and iron and tastes amazing.

Jims Jerky has seven strong and tasty flavours including Original (the most popular for 16 yrs)
Piri Piri with just a hint of warmth thru to Chilli, a very flavoursome hot taste Biltong, Cheesegrillers, Pepperoni, Beer Sticks and Drywors complete the great Aussie Beef Snacks

Come to their Jerky ‘cellar’ door at Charlton and have a taste test of all their flavours and snacks.
