Artist's Cottage

A comfortable and quiet 1940s cottage in leafy East Toowoomba. Three bedrooms, one bathroom, extra toilet, lounge room, laundry, outdoor setting and patio. All new appliances, beds and furnishings. Luxury sheets and towels. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Fenced garden with car port. Smart TV, pantry staples. Located a few minutes walk from Queens Park, St Vincent's Hospital, Toowoomba Grammar, cafes and shops and 15 minute drive from Gabbinbar. There is one Queen Size bed in the main bedroom, a double bed in the second bedroom, and two single beds in the third. All beds have super comfortable mattresses and new bedding. A full size bathroom with bath. There is a laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron and board and an additional toilet. A super comfortable lounge room with 32 inch Smart TV, sound bar and Netflix. Books, board games and children's toys. Bedroom ceiling fans and reverse cycle air-conditioning in the living room. Outside the garden is landscaped, with a lovely front patio with chairs to relax on and table and chairs in the back garden for al fresco meals. The cottage is fully fenced with a car port and plenty of additional on street parking. They have a port a cot and high chair and toys at the cottage for guests to use.
