Walking distance to Thai takeaway, Wendland's fine food, cafe, bottle shop, bakery and beauty salon. Five-minute drive to Queen's park, Toowoomba Grammar School, CBD and St Vincent's Hospital. Easily accommodate up to seven people. Two Queen Size beds, a set of single beds and a trundle bed. All beds have new mattresses and bedding and are super comfortable. There is an en suite bathroom in one of the bedrooms and another separate bathroom with a bath. An extra toilet is located off the laundry. The instant hot water system will ensure a fantastic shower. There is a laundry with a washing machine, dryer, iron and board. There is a television with Netflix in the large lounge room with deep comfy couches to curl up on. There is an additional lounge space with a beautiful log fire opposite the kitchen and dining room. A sound bar is on hand to play your music too. Overhead fans in the Queen bedrooms and main living room with air-conditioning in the kitchen, living, and dining room space. Landscaped garden, with a large paved patio, table and chairs and barbecue. Fully fenced with remote control operated rear carport as well as driveway space for additional cars. Street parking is also fine. Port a cot, baby bath and high chair.
