A 1950's recently renovated home, three bedrooms, two bathrooms Sleeping six. Fenced landscaped garden and a vegetable/herb garden is for your use, hedged by magnolias for peace and quiet. Picnic Point is an 18 minute walk with a short drive to St. Vincent's Hospital, Toowoomba Grammar School, Margaret St Medical Practices and Gabbinbar. They have a fully equipped kitchen, baking equipment, dishwasher, plus pantry staples to get you going. There are two Queen Size beds and two single beds. All beds, pillows are new and comfortable. There is an en suite bathroom to one of the queen sized bedrooms and another separate bathroom with bath. There is a laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron and board. A Smart Television in the lounge with Netflix and a Sound Bar. Another Television in the dining room, games and books. There are two reverse cycle air-conditioners in the house with additional fans in the bedrooms. Outside the garden is landscaped, with front porch and rear deck, seating and a Weber Q. The garage houses two medium sized cars, with room behind under the shade sail cloth area. There are also two sheds to store your bicycles. Off street parking is fine also, either on Perth Street or Burke Street as they are on the corner. A port a cot and high chair are for your use if needed.
