Their Sommelier tells why these flavours work well together. Soaring ceilings, huge fires, and a brilliant cellar door is the setting. Afterward, walk in the vineyard with their viticulturist and smell the beautiful roses. Allow one - two hours, in the highest altitude 5-Star winery in Australia.
