The cottage is conveniently located within Toowoomba's CBD and is a short distance to attractions such as Queens Park, Laurel Bank Park, Gabbinbar Homestead and Preston Peak Winery. The cottage is located nearToowoomba Hospital and St Vincent's Hospital for those travelling for medical reasons. The large secure yard makes the property very attractive to people travelling with their fury companions. Inside the home, you will admire the pressed tinned ceilings and traditional 1900's charm of this old workers cottage. The cottage has a fully functional kitchen and laundry with everything including the kitchen sink there to keep you entertained! There is wifi, netflix and reverse cycle air conditioning throughout for added comfort. The cottage has the capacity to sleep up to 6 guests and all linen is supplied for your stay. They also have a cot and 2 x highchairs available on request with a change mat. On arrival you will find a pantry and fridge stocked with staples as well as some fresh bread, milk, biscuits and much more. The large double lock up garage is also available for guests during their stay.
