Severn River Cottages

Severn River Cottages, spread across five glorious acres, is bordered by pristine forest and the languid Severn River. Guests enjoy a choice of three private cottages set well apart. Each cottage has an attached carport, outdoor fireplace, and undercover patio with outdoor furniture overlooking a different aspect of the property. Indoor facilities include a fireplace, electric blankets, fans, heaters, coffee machine, television and DVDs. One-bedroom cottages (Orchard and Catbird) accommodate up to two guests, each featuring a generous ensuite, queen-size bed, and well-equipped kitchenette with a fridge, gas cooktop, and microwave. The two-bedroom cottage (Frog Hollow) accommodates up to five guests and is positioned at the bottom of the property near the Severn River. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed, the second bedroom has a double-bed, and a foldout single bed is available on request. The full-size kitchen includes a fridge, gas oven and cooktop. Enjoy the peace and splendid nature, kangaroos, wallabies, echidnas, parrots, catbirds, kookaburras, and more. Launch your canoe from the riverbank for a paddle on the peaceful Severn River, or simply sit and enjoy the slow flow. Perfectly positioned with a short drive to cellar-door wineries, National Parks, and ten minutes to Stanthorpe. Severn River Cottages is approximately three hours’ drive from Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
