Conrad is a quaint distillery in Granite Belt Wine Country, located just five minutes from Stanthorpe. Proudly established in 2022. “We take unloved wine and turn it into Spirits that you Love.” As the Master Distiller, Debra Spence is immensely passionate about producing unique spirits from grapes. “I love to talk about how it’s made, the unique distilling process we use at Conrad Distillery and the miracle of creating spirits that you can enjoy. It is amazing fun!”
