J.E.Duggan Park is the only all abilities bushland park in Toowoomba. It has DDA compliant toilet, wheelchair friendly barbeque, water fountain and picnic tables, Sensory Walk that caters for vision impaired people, braille interpretive signage, wheelchair access trail and beautiful lookout Lockyer Valley lookout with views of Table Top Mountain.
